Ninja, Ninja, Ninja!

I have blue hair. There is no particular reason for this, other than I thought it would be fun. I seem to get a good reaction out of people.

• One man said “That’s the best hair in Kilkenny” when we visited Kilkenny.
• Once, when I was crossing the road, a woman greeted me at the other side, and wanted to know where I got my hair done. We had a conversation and I gave her directions to my hairdresser. Firefly (that is what she is called) if you are reading this, I hope you dyed your hair too, and I hope it is as much fun for you as it is for me.
• I was walking down the street in Portlaoise, and a group of teenage boys was approaching. One of them stopped to ask me for a selfie.
• I was walking down the street in Monasterevin when another group of teenage boys was walking towards me. One of them shouted “Ninja, Ninja, Ninja” at me, and asked for a selfie. I assume he was thinking of Ninja the streamer, who was once blue-haired.

I was feeling good when I took this selfie. One friend said he liked that my hair and t-shirt matched. That wasn't intentional.

Look at my wonderful blue hair in this photo. Do not look at my weird eyes!

I was probably on the way to meet Michael after dialysis when I took this photo. You can see I needed my roots done. Also, I needed to shave.
