My arm is looking good in this photo. To be 100% honest, I'm not sure what I was trying to do when I took it, but it came out well

I’m about 5’8″ (172 cm). When I was in my early 20s, I was very skinny. For a while I was 7.5 stone (105 lbs or 48 kg). That’s a BMI of 16.2. I was so skinny because I had been very ill – doing a degree while suffering from depression and anxiety, while recovering from septicaemia will do that to you.

I remained kind of skinny until my late 20s, when my weight started to go up, so I joined a gym, and my weight started to go down (as I lost fat) and then up again (as I gained muscle).

These days, despite the diabetes, I have got a lot of body confidence. I generally feel good about myself and how I look. I am determined to maintain this.

Anyway, here are some pictures of me where I think I look good.
