When I started to learn to swim a couple of years ago, my goal was to be able to swim ten lengths front crawl and ten lengths back crawl in one session. Today I was feeling tired, so I had a gentle swim. I just did ten front crawl and ten back crawl. That’s good progress!

Got up early this morning. Decided to test my blood glucose without my glasses on. Was successful. Six months ago testing my blood glucose felt like I was performing heart surgery.
